    Someone in your team kicks off a workflow -- an expense claim, a change request, a sign-off. Workhorse captures it and routes it to the right approvers automatically.

    Approvers get an email

    No logins, no dashboards, no app to install. Approvers receive a plain email with the details and clear approve/reject options. They act from their inbox.

    Decisions happen inline

    One click to approve. One click to reject. The workflow advances immediately. No round-trips to a web portal. No waiting for someone to remember to check a tool.

    Every action is on the record
